Shri Keshavlal Manekchand Choksi was born in Palanpur. He lost his father when he was quite young, so he courageously came forward to take the responsibility of his entire family and developed his business single-handedly. Inspired by his great entrepreneurial skills, his children pioneered their own ventures. Today, they all are engaged in a significant number of international trades.
The '10+2+3 System' of Education was implemented in Gujarat in the year, 1976. Subsequently, the trust added a higher secondary section with the assistance of Shri Keshavlal Maneklal Choksi's family in the same year.
Today, Shri Keshavlal Maneklal Choksi Higher Secondary School is one of the top schools in Gujarat. In 1997-98, the school was given a grant of 40000 Rs for its countless accomplishments by the Gujarat Government.
It offers all streams of education- Arts, Commerce or Science with the help of some of the finest faculties in the field. The science department of this school is renowned as the ladder to obtain an admission in medical colleges. Moreover, the school alumni also include some of the best chartered accountants, business executives, advocates, lawyers, and educators of the country.

The school timings are 10:10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the Science Department and 10:10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the General Department from Monday to Saturday.
Parents can visit the teachers on the fourth Saturday of every month for individual guidance
