Salad Making Competition and Group Discussion activities were held in Gujarati and English medium B.Ed Colleges.
Salad Making Competition
A Salad Making Competition was organized for the students of D. D. Choksi College of Secondary Education and Smt S P Kothari Enflish Medium College of Secondary Education on 12th July 2018 under the guidance of Committee incharges- Ms. Sohana Makrana and Mrs. Sujata Barot. Through this competition, it was aimed to groom the Student – Teacher to enable them to conduct and managed cultural activities in school and to inculcate healthy food habits and awareness regarding the choice of food among the youth. Cleanliness, taste, nutritive value, cost and presentation were the basic criterion for the judgment. The creativity of participants was revealed through the beautiful designs and patterns formed with different mouth watering salad.
To teach the skill of conducting various co-curricular activities, a Group Discussion on “Present Position of Education and ICT” was arranged for the students of D. D. Choski College of Secondary Education and Smt S P Kothari Enflish Medium College of Secondary Education on 14rd July 2018. The group discussion was arranged, conducted, judged by the students themselves under the guidance of Committee Incharges- Dr. Bharat Mali and Dr. Himanshu Acharya, D. D. Choski College of Secondary Education and faculty members. The participants expressed their views on the topic very effectively during the discussion. After the discussion, feedbacks were given by faculty members and each one felt some improvement in their discussion skill.
