On Feb. 2, 2023, an expert lecture was held for all students of teacher training colleges as a part of the Vyakhyayan Mala series under Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. The talk was on "Learning- A Neurological Perspective," presented by Shri Kalpesh Pathak, Principal of Center of Education, IITE, Gandhinagar.

In the current situation, it is essential to understand the role of the neurological process in reacting to the stimuli that foster learning in the classroom. Shri Kalpesh Pathak's speech was designed to emphasise the importance of teachers being highly proactive when delivering content that should genuinely elicit the students' emotive domain leading to meaningful learning.

The seminar was attended by Assistant directors, Principals, professors, and pupils from all training college managed under Vidyamandir Trust. The teacher trainees found the lecture both informative and thought-provoking.
