To ensure a successful and enjoyable conference experience for all attendees, we have outlined the following guidelines:

Age Criteria for Presenters
Minimum: 10 years; Maximum: 17 years

Registration
Every participant, including students, teachers, and others, must register for the conference to enjoy all the benefits we shall provide. Register early to take advantage of discounted rates.

Fee

Participants:
Per Student: 300/-

Attendees:
Per Person: 350/-

Note: Registration for attendees is limited.

Language

English

Research Guide

The participant must have a guide, who can be any one of their school teachers.

Submission

All participants must submit their abstracts and papers by 15th Jan 2024 on our official website. The abstracts and papers should be submitted in the given format and must be relevant to the conference theme.

Presentation

  • Prepare your presentation in English as per the sample provided on our website.
  • Respect the allocated time for your presentation to maintain a smooth schedule.
  • Audiovisual content may be used to enhance the presentation.

Code of Conduct

  • Treat all fellow participants, organisers, guests, and attendees with respect and courtesy.
  • Follow the instructions of the conference organisers.

Attire

  • School uniform with an I-card.

Photography and Recording

  • Taking photographs is allowed; however, recording the live session will not be permitted.

Intellectual Property

  • Respect intellectual property rights and avoid plagiarism in presentations and discussions.
  • Cite sources appropriately when referring to the work of others.

Mobile Devices

  • Silence or switch off mobile phones during the conference sessions to avoid disruptions.

Steps For Presenters
Step 1: Register on our official website, www.vidyamandir.org under the STUDENT tab.
Step 2: Pay the fee online and take a screenshot of the transaction.
Step 3: Fill up the rest of the form after pasting the payment screenshot in the given area.

Note: Papers once submitted cannot be resubmitted with corrections or additions, and they must be written within the Google form.
Step 4: Once our esteemed selection panelists go through your work, you will receive their valuable feedback according to which you will have to make changes to your paper only if necessary.
Note: Your paper can be rejected in case of non-adherence to the provided guidelines.
Step 5: You will get to present your paper during the virtual event in February 2024, for which you will receive the login details. The final date will be announced during the last week of January 2024.
You can ask questions to your peers once they finish their presentation, but this will depend on the time constraints.
Note: Your scores will not be calculated on the basis of the questions you ask.
Step 6: Do submit a feedback form, which will be made available on our official website,www.vidyamandir.org after the event culminates.

Steps For Audience Participants

Step 1: Register on our official website, www.vidyamandir.org. by clicking on the Attendee tab.
Step 2: Pay the fee online and take a screenshot of the transaction.
Step 3: Fill up the rest of the form after pasting the screenshot in the given area.

As soon as the results are declared, the participation certificates can be downloaded from our official website.

Criteria

Paper Selection:

  • Language and writing skills
  • Clarity of thoughts
  • Adherence to the given guidelines and format

Note: All selected papers will be published in the journal. However, the opportunity to present the paper will be extended only to the two best participants from each school.

  • Language and presentation skills
  • Clarity of thoughts
  • Adherence to the given guidelines, format, and time-limit
  • Speech
  • Confidence and personality
  • Content

Note: The judges' decision will be respected and considered final.
