Shri Jain Shishushala School Building

History

It was established in 1921 by the late Shri Surajmal Lallubhai Mehta on the first floor of the Sthanakvasi Lukagachchha Jain Pustakalaya. On 16th August 1951, our Trust took over the management of Shri Palanpur Jain Shishushala. Little did we know that this singular effort that had blossomed from a beautiful dream would take us on such a glorious journey and would build the foundation of Vidyamandir! It went on to become the first institute of Vidyamandir and thrived on its value education practice, which was not so common in those days.

Re-establishment

The administration of this Gujarati medium school was handed over to our Trust in 1951 to take it to greater heights. In 1954, Smt. Kesarben Zaveri donated her bungalow on the present-day Taleybaug Campus to house our institution, but as the strength of students kept growing, we relocated to our Crown TV campus.

What Makes Us Stand Apart

Our students are at the Early Childhood Education Stage, so we follow the Pragna Abhigam and focus on adopting and developing smarter methods to make learning feel delightful instead of making it seem like a burden. To make even the most seemingly monotonous topics engaging and interesting for our students, we have a Maths Lab and an Experiments Class that never fail to enthrall them. Children learn and retain more when they have fun while learning and can relate to what they experience. The course we follow is planned by our highly experienced educators.
