We fail as educators when we cease to learn and reflect. There is no end to the journey of knowledge. Besides, modern challenges need modern methods. Communicating with others in the field keeps us updated and brings a breath of fresh air into the classrooms. To facilitate this practice, the Shri G.D. Birla Medical Research and Education Foundation’s donation gave us a platform in 1993, on which we regularly house in-service training programmes, tours, visits, seminars, and workshops.

Inspired by its success, we launched another such programme called the Shri Shantilal Surajmal Mehta Teachers' Training Programme in 2017. These two programmes simultaneously cater to our staff, which consists of more than 450 members.
