Eminent Gujarati Literate Shri Bakul Bakshi Passed Away

Well known Gujarati Literate and son of Palanpuri soil Shri Bakul Bakshi passed away on 14th June, 2018 at Ahmedabad. He was closely associated with Vidyamandir Trust for many years. He was member of advisory committee to improve Trust magazine 'Nishtha' and his contribution was remarkable. He was younger brother of famous Gujarati writer Shri Chandrakant Bakshi.

Shri Bakul Bakshi was borned in 1941 at Kolkata. He completed B.Com and joined Indian Revenue Service. Though he was administrator, his interest in literature was very keen. His articles was published in newspapers like Gujarat Samachar & Divya Bhaskar and magazines like Chitralekha, Janmabhoomi and Pravasi. He also wrote some books named Padaav, Ateet, Sanskar Gatha, Virasat, Tasveer, Pratibimb etc.

Vidyamandir Trust feel deep sense of grief on his demise and pray Almighty for the piece of his soul.
