Workshops Common for All Types of Differently Able Students
Overview

The greatest challenge for the disabled people is their rehabilitation in the society and their acquiring the ability to earn their livelihood with respect. The Trust has established a number of workshops as per the requirement of such children with a view to enabling them to learn various vocations. These workshops train them for different vocations so that they can become self-reliant in their life.

Shri Chandulal Jivrajbhai Kothari Pre -Vocational Training Centre (Printing Press) was established with the charity of Shri Chandulal Jivrajbhai Kothari Family Trust in the year 1975. It is a printing press situated at Mamtamandir Campus, Dairy Road, Palanpur.

Shri Hiralal Vhalubhai Mehta Occupational Centre (Carpentry is a work shop that trains the students in carpentry.

Smt. Kesarben Surajmalbhai Kothari Tailoring Workshop was established with the charity of Shri Jayantilal N. Kothari Charitable Trust in the year 1991. This workshop trains the students in tailoring.

Mahasatiji Ujjavalkumariji Workshop (Carpentry) was established with the donations received from Paras Diamonds Corporation, New York (U. S. A.) and Shri Chhotalal Keshavlal Mehta Charitable Trust. It is a work shop for carpentry established in the year 1988.

Span Group of Industries Light Engineering Centre was established with the charity of Span Group of Industries. This workshop trains the students in steel fabrication work.

Shri Kirtilal Kalidas Mehta Printing Centre
was established with the charity of M/s Dimexon and the family members and friends of Shri Kirtilal Kalidas Mehta. It is an offset printing press.

Shri Rajendrabhai Amrutlal Shah Binding Section was established with the donation received from Shri Rajendrabhai Amrutlal Shah. It is attached with the printing press.

Shri Shantilal Nanchand Kothari Ceramics- Pottery Workshop was established with the charity of Shri Shantilal Nanchand Kothari Charitable Trust in the year 1988. It trains the students in the craft of ceramics and pottery.
